1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you submit an appointment request, the Appointment and Service Terms also apply.

2. Website information is not a diagnosis

Website, chat, service, pricing, and maintenance information is general information. It is not a vehicle inspection, safety certification, repair diagnosis, estimate, or authorization. Vehicle conditions can change and cannot be reliably diagnosed through a website description alone.

Stop driving when continued operation may be unsafe. For fire, smoke, fuel leaks, brake loss, unsafe steering or wheels, serious overheating, or immediate danger, move to safety when possible and contact emergency or towing assistance. Do not rely on the website assistant for an emergency.

3. Appointments and repair authorization

An online submission is only a request to reserve an arrival window. It is not confirmed until Parce Garage approves it, and it does not authorize diagnostic work, repairs, parts orders, charges, or possession of the vehicle. Applicable work requires a separate estimate, work order, authorization, or other legally sufficient approval.

We do not require you to waive rights provided by the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act. If a website term conflicts with a nonwaivable legal right or a signed estimate or work order, the controlling law and the job-specific signed document govern.

4. Prices, availability, and claims

Published prices apply only to the service, location, scope, and conditions stated. Unless included in an approved written estimate, online prices are not a final repair quote and may not include taxes, diagnostics, parts, shop supplies, waste handling, mobile travel, towing, storage, or additional work. We will disclose applicable charges before seeking authorization where required.

Appointment availability, parts, completion dates, mobile coverage, towing, key drop, and service capability remain subject to shop confirmation. We may correct an obvious website error, but we will not use a correction to authorize work you did not approve.

5. Warranties

Parce Garage does not currently offer a separate shop warranty on parts or other items unless it is expressly stated in a written estimate, invoice, or warranty document. A manufacturer or supplier warranty may apply when identified. Any express warranty on repair labor will likewise be stated in writing with its time, mileage, scope, and exclusions. If no warranty is stated, no additional express warranty is being offered beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Customer submissions

Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not be unlawful, abusive, malicious, or intended to disrupt the site. Do not send payment-card data, account passwords, government identifiers, or another person’s private information through free-text fields or chat.

You give us permission to use the information you submit as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the appointment or service relationship, operate and secure the site, and comply with law. This does not give Parce Garage ownership of your vehicle information or original content.

Verified reviews

A review link is private, single-use, and available only for a completed appointment. Submit only your own honest experience. Do not include another person’s private information, confidential material, unlawful content, threats, harassment, spam, or content unrelated to the completed service. Do not transfer or publish the private link.

You keep ownership of your original review and give Parce Garage a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and distribute it in connection with the shop and its services. Reviews publish under a first name and last initial. Parce Garage does not offer an incentive or require a positive sentiment. A review may be hidden only for privacy, abuse or unlawful content, spam or irrelevance, duplication, a legal requirement, or the customer’s request—not because of its star rating or negative sentiment. You may contact us to request correction or removal.

Parce Garage SMS Terms and Conditions

Program and voluntary enrollment

This messaging program is operated by Parce Garage LLC. Enroll through the appointment request form. The SMS and review-invitation checkboxes are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Merely entering a phone number or accepting website or appointment terms does not enroll you in SMS.

By actively selecting the optional SMS checkbox and submitting the appointment form, you agree to receive automated texts from Parce Garage at the number you provide. Texts include appointment-request acknowledgments, confirmations, scheduling, cancellations, and service updates. If you separately select the review invitation option, you may also receive one private review link after completed service. These messages do not include promotional offers or discounts.

Frequency, rates, and your choices

Message frequency varies based on appointment and service activity, with one review invitation after completed service if separately requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You can also call 727-551-1699 or email aj@parcegarage.com for assistance. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase; customers who decline SMS can still submit an appointment request and receive a phone call. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment.

Privacy and delivery

Your SMS consent is specific to Parce Garage. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process that information to deliver and support our messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

Message delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your mobile information and consent, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, anti-spam measures, or owner-only functions.
• Use automated tools to overload, scrape, probe, or interfere with the website.
• Submit malware, fraudulent appointments, false identities, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Copy or use Parce Garage branding or website content in a misleading or unauthorized way.

8. Third-party services

Links and integrations may involve third-party maps, messaging, anti-spam, hosting, AI, or future payment services. Those providers may apply their own terms. Parce Garage is responsible for its own services but does not control an independent provider’s website, network, or policies.

9. Website availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but online functions may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Parce Garage is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by inability to access the website or by reliance on general website information instead of an inspection. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Florida law and updates

These website terms are governed by Florida law, without overriding consumer rights that apply to you. Any dispute concerning these website terms may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
