Our commitment

We are working toward a website experience consistent with widely used accessibility guidance, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party service is error-free.

Third-party features

We seek providers that support accessible use, but we do not control every part of their interfaces. Contact us if a third-party feature creates a barrier so we can offer another way to complete the task where reasonably possible.

Tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it, and your preferred way for us to respond. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary medical information.

Alternative service

If the appointment form is inaccessible or unavailable, call or email the shop. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the same information or help complete the request through an accessible alternative. Urgent vehicle-safety concerns should be handled by phone or appropriate emergency or towing assistance rather than relying on the website.
